Privacy Policy
Effective September 14, 2026. What this website collects, why we collect it, which services handle it on our behalf, and how to reach us about your information.
This policy explains how Glymr ("Glymr," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through glymr.com (the "site"). It covers the site only. Information we receive in the course of a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Information We Collect
Information you give us
You give us personal information when you use one of the four forms on the site:

The booking questions may ask about your organization, your role, and what you would like to discuss. Please don't include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial account details, in a message or booking answer.
The Knowledge Gap Self-Check is a downloadable PDF. Your answers stay with you; nothing you write in it is sent to us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically:
- Usage information through Google Analytics. Pages you view, how you arrived at the site (for example, from a search engine or a link), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with pages. See Google Analytics below.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web host records standard request information, including IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.
- Information collected by embedded services. When a page loads a HubSpot form, a Calendly scheduler, or Google Fonts, your browser connects directly to that provider, which receives your IP address and browser information. See Services That Handle Your Information below.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Reply to messages you send us
- Send you the ebook you requested
- Schedule, confirm, and prepare for calls you book, including sending calendar invitations and reminders
- Follow up with you about the request you made
- Understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- Protect the site and our forms against spam, abuse, and security threats
- Keep business records and meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to show you advertising.
Services That Handle Your Information
We rely on the following providers to run the site and its forms. Each processes information on our behalf, and each also has its own privacy policy describing its practices.
Google Analytics
The live site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser and sends usage information to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; Google uses them only to derive approximate location. We use the reports to understand site usage in aggregate.
To stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block cookies in your browser. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
HubSpot
The contact form and the ebook request form are provided by HubSpot. Information you submit is stored in our HubSpot account, and HubSpot may also record technical information about the submission, such as the page it came from, your IP address, and your browser. See the HubSpot Privacy Policy.
HubSpot forms use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish people from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Calendly
The Assessment Fit Call and consultation schedulers are provided by Calendly. The scheduler loads when you visit either booking page, and it opens when you choose a time. Information you enter is stored in our Calendly account and used to create the booking and send confirmations and reminders. Calendly may set cookies needed to display availability and complete a booking. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
Google Fonts
The site's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver it, Google receives your IP address and browser information. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
Other providers
We also use a web hosting provider to serve the site, and email, calendar, and video-meeting tools to correspond with you and hold the calls you book.
We may disclose personal information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. The live site sets these cookies directly:

HubSpot, Google reCAPTCHA, and Calendly may set their own cookies when their forms and schedulers load. Those cookies are controlled by each provider and described in its privacy policy.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block them, the site will still work, but a form or scheduler may not load or submit correctly.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep messages, ebook requests, and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you, to maintain an ongoing business relationship, and to keep ordinary business records. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see Your Choices and Rights.
How We Protect Information
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and forms and schedulers are submitted directly to HubSpot and Calendly over encrypted connections. We limit access to the accounts that hold your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.
Your Choices and Rights
- Email. If we send you an email you don't want, reply to tell us or use the unsubscribe link where one is provided.
- Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics as described in Google Analytics.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy of it
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop or limit certain uses of your information, or object to them
- Provide your information in a portable format
To make a request, email privacy@glymr.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, Glymr is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We rely on these legal bases:
- Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing a contract, when you book a call or ask about an engagement
- Our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries, sending the resources you request, understanding how the site is used, and keeping the site and forms secure
- Your consent, where the law requires it; you may withdraw consent at any time
Glymr is based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children's Privacy
The site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Websites
The site links to other websites, including the privacy policies of the providers named above. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the services we use change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
