Find out where the friction actually is — and what it's costing you.
That's what both assessments do — the Knowledge Friction Assessment for everyday work, the AI Effectiveness Assessment for AI-assisted work. Each gives you a quantified, prioritized picture of where you're losing time and operating capacity, and what to fix first. A 25-minute call sorts out which one fits, and you decide from there.
What We'll Cover
- Where the friction is actually showing up — in everyday work, in AI-assisted work, or both
- Which assessment fits — the Knowledge Friction Assessment, the AI Effectiveness Assessment, or neither one yet
- What it costs and how long it takes
- Who on your team would need to be involved, and how much of their time it takes
Full detail on each: the Knowledge Friction Assessment and the AI Effectiveness Assessment — what each one measures, what you receive, and sample findings from a real report. A short comparison of the two is further down this page.
You'll be talking to Jeff Greenhouse, Glymr's founder. At Glymr the person who scopes the work stays involved in delivering it, so this is a working conversation rather than a qualifying call. If an assessment isn't the right next step for you, he'll say so.
On the call we'll walk you through a full sample assessment report, so you can see exactly what the findings look like before committing to anything.
The Two Assessments
You don't need to decide before booking — sorting that out is part of what the call is for. If you'd rather arrive with a view, here's the distinction.
Knowledge Friction Assessment
For organizations losing time to repeated questions, slow onboarding, expert bottlenecks, inconsistent processes, or knowledge that walks out the door when someone leaves. It measures where that friction is worst and what it is costing you.
AI Effectiveness Assessment
For organizations where employees are already using AI enough to see how it is working in practice. It measures how much of that usage turns into useful work, and what knowledge, business context, governance, or capability gaps are getting in the way.
Not sure? Choose Not Sure Yet on the booking form and we'll work it out on the call.
Working against a hard deadline — someone leaving in the next few weeks, or a transaction already in motion? Say so in the booking form and we'll find time sooner.
Not ready to put a time on the calendar? Send us a message instead and we'll reply within one business day.
